Mulroy Bay Bridge

As part of the regeneration of Omagh Town centre the Strule Arts Centre opened in June 2007. As part of the overall project the contractors constructed a new river walkway and footbridge. Ardmore Precast were approached by the contractor to manufacture two bespoke concrete bridge abutments to facilitate the bridge.
This involved working closely with Gilbert Ash and the mould manufacturer to produce a high quality concrete abutment made to exacting dimensions so the abutment would slot neatly into the bank that the contractor had prepared on site.
The abutments were manufactured at our production plant in Ardmore and transported to site using a specialist haulage firm.
